Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Maldives, Dr. Abdulla Khaleel sends Bastille Day greetings to the Minister for European and Foreign Affairs of the French Republic, Jean-Noël Barrot.
Minister’s message reads as follows:
"On behalf of the Government, the people of the Republic of Maldives and on my own behalf, I would like to extend warm greeting and felicitations to Your Excellency, the Government and the people of the French Republic as you celebrate Bastille Day.
I remain confident that the coming years will bring forth opportunities to further strengthen both bilateral and multilateral cooperation on issues of mutual importance to both our countries.
Please accept, Excellency, my best wishes and the assurances of my highest consideration."
