The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Maldives, Dr. Abdulla Khaleel sends message of felicitations to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Independent State of Papua New Guinea, Justin Tkatchenko, on the occasion of the Independence Day of Papua New Guinea.
Minister’s message reads as follows:
“On behalf of the Government and the people of the Maldives, and on my own behalf, I wish to extend warm felicitations to Your Excellency, the Government, and the people of Papua New Guinea on the occasion of your Independence Day.
I am confident that cooperation between the Maldives and Papua New Guinea in multilateral fora, particularly in addressing the unique challenges faced by Small Island Developing States, will continue to grow stronger in the years ahead.
Please accept, Excellency, the assurances of my highest consideration.”
