The Government of the Republic of Maldives strongly condemns the terrorist attack that took place in the Balochistan Province of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan on 31 January 2026.
The Government of Maldives reiterates its firm opposition to all forms of terrorism, violent extremisms and criminal acts, in all its forms and manifestations.
The Maldives extends its deepest condolences to the bereaved families of the victims and stands in solidarity with the Government and the brotherly people of Pakistan, during this time of grief. The Maldives wishes a swift and full recovery to those injured in the attack.
